What devices do I need to get started?

To get the most out of this challenge, it would be best if you could get the following (if you don’t already have):

  • Wearable HR tracker such as Whoop, Biostrap, FitBit, etc where you can see total calories burned per day
  • A scale that shows you your bodyfat % such as FitTrack.
  • A food scale
  • A measuring tape to take body measurements
What happens when I sign up?

After signing up, we will review all of the information you entered in the on-boarding form to create your personalized macronutrient profile along witht your workouts.  You will get an email from us within 24 hours giving you all you need to know.

In the meantime, make sure to download our app by going into the Google Play Store or Apple AppStore and searching for ZIMA METHOD.  On the Google Play Store you might see 2 apps.  DO NOT choose the one from Trainerize.  That was the legacy software we used.

I've got the app installed, now what?

When you login to the app, click on the little black dots that form a square in the bottom right.  A menu will pop up.  Click on the Programs button to see the workout program you have been assigned.  Make sure you click on Start Program so it can keep track of when you actually started.

If you click on the black dots again and go to Nutrition, you will see all of the daily sample meal plans.  You DO NOT have to follow them exactly because you may not like some of the foods.  If you click on the day you are on, you can easily delete the food that is there and swap it with something else.  Just make sure you are tracking EVERYTHING you eat otherwise the macros won’t be accurate and I will not be able to see what you are doing.
