We are looking for men and women who are serious about reaching their goals.

You do not have to spend hours in the gym nor eat the same old food day in and day out.  We provide you with everything you will need to be successful.

HOW DOES INFERNO WORK?!

Each day is broken down in to multiple sections and it is important that you know which of these you should be following. It is easy to think that more training equals more progress, but that is 100% not the case. We are always striving for intensity and quality in our training, this is by far the fastest route to progress.

Most of the sessions we program last anywhere from 60-90 minutes.  If you are a more seasoned athlete, we offer additional programming options as well for you take advantage of.

WHAT DOES A SAMPLE DAY LOOK LIKE?

There will always be a warmup, followed by strength, engine, metcon, and accessory work.

Each day is different and will challenge you both mentally and physically.

Back Squat: 10 sets of 10 reps @ 60-70% 1RM

Bulgarian Split Squat: 5 sets of 8 reps w/ DB’s in each hand. 70/45

For Time:

30 TTB

50 Cal Assault Bike
